FAUNA
FAUNA
From the short grass plains of the Serengeti, to the other worldly landscape of northern Kenya, “Fauna” captures the distinctive wildlife inhabiting East Africa. Abounding in big cats, eastern chimpanzees, and herds of elephants, respectively, these territories remain to this day almost as untouched as Hemingway’s Africa of the 1930’s and 40’s. The fabled settings extravagantly reveal themselves, putting Sheridan’s fascination with dioramas on display as he brings a striking sense of order to some of the most untamed places on earth.
